It is designed to make the human body more flexible through exercises that help remove neck and back pains. It uses the gym ball in doing its exercises. It also uses the concept of mind over matter which allows the body to move with great balance which other exercises don’t do. It is mixed with a series of breathing exercises which helps flush away the toxins in out body.

KickBoxing is usually seen as purely for fighting and strength, but today, people are turning to kickboxing workouts as a way for them to keep fit and burn fats. KickBoxing is dated back in Asia for more than 2000 years ago, and was only popularized during the 1970’s in the US. It is one of the best aerobic and cardio vascular workout which combines martial arts, boxing and aerobics in one class. It’s well known to also reduce stress and improve balance, flexibility and coordination.

Kickboxing workout classes usually starts by doing 10 – 15 minutes of stretching and traditional exercises (warm up). After that is when the real 30 minutes kickboxing begins, where punches and kicks are thrown to either the punching bags or the air. It is then followed by the cool down and stretching which is around 15 minutes. Make sure to stretch as it relaxes the muscles and prevents injuries.

Dress code:

Loose & comfortable clothes (That will allow your arms and legs to move easily in every direction).

Cross trainer shoes

Gloves or hand wraps
