Plank Position

The best core exercise is the plank position, it makes the core very strong and toned. Hold the position for as long as you can and maintain until the form begins to fail.

Lying Leg Raise

Great for developing the core and legs, and will improve balance and coordination. Must have the back and shoulder flat on the mat at all times during the exercise

Lunges

Lunges is a great exercise that works your quadriceps and buttocks intensely. Before using a dumbell, make sure to master the form and balance. Maintain a straight back all the way thru the exercise.

Squats
